Rhino Optics offers a 1 year manufacture's Limited Warranty, on most of its products. 


ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. 

RHINO OPTICS WARRANTS YOUR PRODUCT TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE. RHINO OPTICS WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE PRODUCTS OR PARTS THEREOF WHICH, UPON INSPECTION BY RHINO OPTICS, ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE IN MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP.

RHINO OPTICS LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS DESCRIBED BELOW IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT.

WHO MAY USE THIS WARRANTY?

Rhino Optics extends this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the product as new (“you”). It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product. This warranty only applies to new products.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship product for the Warranty Period as defined below.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This warranty shall be void and of no force or effect if a covered product has been modified in design or function or subjected to abuse, misuse, physical damage, or mishandling. It does not cover products that have undergone unauthorized repairs or alterations. This warranty does not cover components that have been removed or modified. Further, this warranty does not cover product malfunction, deterioration, or defects due to normal wear and tear or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control. This warranty does not apply to used products.

This warranty is only valid to customers in the U.S.A. and Canada who purchased their product from an Authorized Rhino Optics Dealer in the U.S.A.  Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers are not covered under this warranty.

WHAT IS THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE?

This limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for one year (the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.

WHAT ARE YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY?

Rhino Optics shall use reasonable efforts to repair or replace any product covered by this warranty within 30 days of receipt. If repair or replacement requires more than 30 days, Rhino Optics shall notify the customer within a reasonable time period. Rhino Optics reserves the right to replace any product discontinued from its product line with a new product of comparable value and function. Parts or products for which replacement is made shall become the property of Rhino Optics. Rhino Optics does not issue refunds but only repair or replacement.

The customer shall be responsible for all costs of transportation and insurance, both to and from Rhino Optics, and shall be required to prepay such costs. 

HOW DO YOU OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?

As a condition to the obligation of Rhino Optics to repair or replace such product, the product must be returned to Rhino Optics together with proof-of-purchase satisfactory to Rhino Optics. 

You must obtain a valid Return Authorization (RMA) Number from Rhino Optics before return. Contact Rhino Optics using the contact information below to receive an RMA number and display it on the outside of your shipping container. All returns must be accompanied by a written statement setting forth the owner’s name, address, daytime telephone number, and a brief description of any claimed defects.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

RHINO OPTICS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE ANY MODEL OR STYLE OF PRODUCT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU.
